RomReal market making contract

RomReal has decided to terminate the current market making agreement with First
Securities in Oslo, Norway from the 10(th) August 2010. The termination is a
part of the Company's on-going cost reduction program. RomReal would like to
emphasise that the agreement could potentially be reactivated at a later stage.
