RomReal : Mandatory notification of trade

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice 15 May 2013 regarding RomReal
Ltd's (the "Company") offer to shareholders of the Company as of 15 May 2013 to
purchase up to 3,000 of each shareholder's shares at NOK 1.50 per share (the
"Offer").

The Company has on 7 June 2013 received acceptance for 3,970 shares under the
Offer.

RomReal Ltd will, including the shares which were accepted sold up until 7 June
2013, hold 80,345 shares in the Company.
