RomReal Ltd. Disclosure of shareholdings

The following shareholders of RomReal Ltd.
(the "Company") have reached the stated percentage of
shareholdings in the Company as a result of the
circumstances stated below, and hereby send this joint
notice according to the Securities Trading Act
section 4-3:
- Kjetil Grønskag has on 3 July 2013 subscribed for
7,180,130 shares in the Company for a
subscription price of NOK 0.125 per share.
Furthermore, Kjetil Grønskag has on 3 July 2013
acquired 2,100,000 shares from Jon Gausen for a
purchase price of NOK 0.167. The total
number of shares owned by Grønskag following the
subscription and the acquisition is
9,504,766 which equals 9.2 per cent of the total
number of shares in the Company. Grønskag
has hereby exceeded the 5 per cent limit stated in
the Securities Trading Act section 4-3.
- Kay Thorkildsen and related parties have on 3 July
2013 subscribed for 5,428,534 shares in the
Company for a subscription price of NOK 0.125 per
share. Furthermore, Kay Thorkildsen and
related parties have on 3 July 2013 acquired
2,400,000 shares from Jon Gausen for a purchase
price of NOK 0.167. The total number of shares owned
by Kay Thorkildsen and related parties
following the subscription and the acquisition is
7,998,370 which equals 7.7 per cent of the
total number of shares in the Company. Kay
Thorkildsen has hereby exceeded the 5 per cent
limit stated in the Securities Trading Act section 4-
3.
