RomReal : Third Quarter (Q3) 2014 Report and Investor Presentation.

RomReal hereby announces the Third Quarter (Q3) 2014 highlights in relation to
the attached Third Quarter 2014 report and investor presentation:

Statutory Net Asset Value (NAV)

·       NAV: EUR 0.51 (NOK 4.23) per share, - 1.2% compared to the end of Q2
2014.

Valuation

·       No change to the land bank valuation since Q4 2013.

Financial Results

·       Pre-tax loss of EUR 0.40 million.

·       Total assets EUR 33.5 million compared to EUR 33.6 million at end of Q2
2014.

Plot division and sales

·       One additional small plot sold for EUR 37,000, VAT excluded.

·       The down payment for the Brasov plot has been used to reduce the Alpha
Bank loan.
