RomReal : Appointment of interim CEO

The Board of RomReal has temporary appointed Mr. Adrian Cristea, as interim CEO.
The long acting CEO, Mr. Kay Thorkildsen has been replaced for medical reasons.

Mr Cristea has been the Company's legal advisor since 2005 and a well-respected
lawyer and citizen of Constanta, Romania.  He was born in Medgidia, Romania on
the 25(th)  June 1961 and his education profile includes the Merchant Marine
University, Constanta (1984); the Law University of Bucharest (Law degree,
1994); and the Romanian Bar Association-1996.

Mr. Cristea is a member of the ShipArrested.com Network, a member of the
National Union of Insolvency Practitioners of Romania and an arbitrator of the
Romanian Chamber of Commerce and Industry Arbitration Committee.

His appointment is current as of today 19/10/2015.
