RomReal : 5% threshold notification - Saga Eiendom AS

Saga Eiendom AS has today purchased 100,000 shares  of RomReal at a price of
2.06 NOK per share and it currently owns 2,107,622 shares  representing 5.09% of
the total shareholding in RomReal.
