RomReal :Threshold notification Meditor European Master Fund Limited

Meditor European Master Fund Limited ("MEMFL") has today sold 1,363,024 shares
of RomReal Ltd at a price of NOK 1.60 per share.

Following the trade  MEMFL owns 10,328,000 shares in RomReal Ltd representing
24.97% of the total share capital of RomReal Ltd. These shares are held in the
name of SIX SIS AG. Through their ownership of MEMFL, Meditor Group Limited and
Nineveh Trust are each also interested in the same number of shares.
