RomReal : Mandatory Notification of Trade

Arne Reinemo, Director of RomReal Ltd, has sold today 03 January 2017 through
Siljan Industrier 1,000,000 shares of RomReal Ltd at a price of NOK 3.00 per
share .

Following the trade, Arne Reinemo controls through Siljan Industrier 611,100
shares in RomReal.

RomReal has been informed that all the shares disposed have been bought by an
existing, well regarded shareholder.
