COPENHAGEN, August 20th Hugo Games A/S (OAX: HUGO) a mobile
interactive entertainment developer and publisher of mobile
games is pleased to announce a significant strengthening of the
company's management team by welcoming Søren Kokbøl Jensen as
the company's new Chief Operating Officer.
Søren brings more than 20 years of successful industry
experience within business- administration, management and
strategy implementation. Søren comes from a position as founder
and digital strategic advisor at Catalyzer Advisors aps, where
he has been working for companies such as Egmont, Aller Media,
Interactive Denmark as well as several other companies. Søren is
already very familiar with Hugo Games since he has been involved
as external strategic advisor in a number of key projects.
Bringing in substantial experience. Søren has previously served
as COO at Hugo Games from 2011 to 2013. Before joining Hugo
Games Søren held a position as CEO at Ivanoff Interactive A/S,
which is the company behind the widely popular Skipper & Skeeto
games (Magnus & Myggen in Denmark). Moreover, Søren brings
substantial experience to the company with the purpose of
supporting a successful and focused production development in
our organization.
Investor Relation is strengthened. Søren's role as Chief
Operating Officer will include Hugo Games' Investor Relation
(IR) activities, which will play a more prominent role in the
future. The IR activities will furthermore be supported by
Caspar Rose who serves as external IR advisor to Hugo Games to
secure a clear and credible communication with existing as well
as potential new investors.
