company Maigaard & Molbech ApS subscribed 166,666 shares in
the ongoing Rights Issue in Hugo Games at a subscription
price of NOK 1.50 per share.
Bertel David Maigaard, Maigaard & Molbech ApS or other
related parties do not currently own shares in the company.
Depending on the total subscription of shares in the rights
issue, Maigaard & Molbech ApS may be allocated up to 166,666
shares based on the subscription for shares without
subscription rights.
