of 129,942 shares in the ongoing Rights Issue in Hugo Games
at a subscription price of NOK 1.50 per share. Christian Sand
Kirk and related parties have been allocated 129,942
subscription rights and will receive 129,942 shares in the
Rights Issue.
Christian Sand Kirk and related parties own 164,214 shares in
Hugo Games prior to the transaction.
