Chairman Bertel David Maigaard has through his related
company Paw Capital ApS subscribed 2,500,000 shares in the
ongoing Rights Issue in Hugo Games at a subscription price of
NOK 1.50 per share. Bertel David Maigaard, Paw Capital ApS or
other related parties do not currently own shares in the
company.
Depending on the total subscription of shares in the rights
issue, Paw Capital ApS may be allocated up to 2,500,000
shares based on the subscription for shares without
subscription rights.
