Information regarding possible partnership with Lima Sky,
creator of Doodle Jump.
Hugo Games is currently in negotiations with US based, Lima
Sky, regarding a possible game development partnership.
Lima Sky have previously realised the highly successful IP
and Game Doodle Jump and Hugo Games and Lime Sky have
entered into negotiations regarding a new Doodle Jump game
based on one of Hugo Games' existing mobile game-engines. If
the agreement is signed Hugo Games and Lime Sky will enter
into an equal partnership regarding development, marketing
and economic conditions.
The draft agreement with Lima Sky incorporates a set of
milestones/breakaways which means that Lima Sky can
terminate the agreement before a game is published.
It should be emphasized that the agreement is not yet signed
by Lima Sky and that there will be no partnership or
corporation if the contract is not signed.
