Capital increase - Rights Issue
The board of directors of Hugo Games A/S has decided to carry
out an increase of the Company's share capital in July 2016.
The capital increase will be carried out as a rights issue,
i.e. with preferential rights for existing shareholders. The
share price in the rights issue will be at market price or
below market price.
The board of directors expects to increase the share capital
by up to a total nominal amount of DKK 15,000,000 by cash
payment, provided that the above mentioned proposal for grant
of authorization from the general assembly to the board of
directors is passed.
