CEO subscribes for shares in the Rights Issue
COPENHAGEN (May 18, 2017) Henrik Kølle, CEO in Hugo Games
A/S, has today through his wholly owned company Aula Holding
ApS subscribed 11,571,000 shares in the ongoing Rights Issue
in Hugo Games at a subscription price of NOK 0.63 per share.
The amount corresponds to Aula Holding's current ownership
(24.3%) of Hugo Games.
Aula Holding ApS has been allocated approximately 15,915,672
subscription rights and will receive minimum 11,571,000
shares in the Rights Issue.
Aula Holding ApS owns 12,089,658 shares in Hugo Games prior
to the Rights Issue and will own 23,660,658 shares after the
transaction.
Further, with reference to the prospectus dated 8 May 2017,
Aula Holding ApS is participating in the underwriting
consortium related to the Rights Issue for a total of NOK
12.5 million.
