Approved supplement to prospectus No.24/2017

Reference is made to stock exchange announcement published on 8 May
2017 regarding approval by the Danish Financial Supervisory
Authority of the Prospectus prepared by Hugo Games A/S (the
"Company") with regards to the Rights Issue and stock exchange
announcement on 23 May 2017 regarding the extended Subscription
Period and the extended trading period for the Subscription Rights
until 7 June 2017.
The Danish Financial Supervisory Authority has today approved a
supplement to the Prospectus dated 23 May 2017 (the "Supplemental
Prospectus") prepared by the Company. The Supplemental Prospectus
will be passported to Norway. The information contained in the
Supplemental Prospectus shall be considered an integral part of, and
is to be read together with, the Prospectus. The Supplemental
Prospectus is available at the website of the Manager, Norne
Securities AS, www.norne.no, and at the Company's website
www.hugogames.com. Hardcopies of the Supplemental Prospectus may be
obtained at the offices of the Manager, Haakon VII's gate 9, 0161
Oslo, Norway, and at the offices of the Company in Copenhagen,
