Furthermore, 5th Planet Games A/S has been notified by Fountainhead ApS, which is 100 per cent owned by Søren Hoelgaard Justesen, that Fountainhead ApS as of May 24, 2019 holds more than 5 per cent of the shares and votes in 5th Planet Games A/S.
Fountainhead ApS now holds 7,1 per cent of the share capital and votes in 5th Planet Games A/S.
Furthermore, 5th Planet Games A/S has been notified by HNI Trading ApS, which is 100 per cent owned by Henrik Nielsen, that HNI Trading ApS as of May 24, 2019 holds less than 10 per cent of the shares and votes in 5th Planet Games A/S.
HNI Trading ApS now holds 9,0 per cent of the share capital and votes in 5th Planet Games A/S.
