The purpose of the warrant scheme is to provide those, who are helping to build 5th Planet Games, an opportunity to share the value of the business that they are helping to create. It is furthermore intended to attract and retain first-class employees to improve business results and long-term shareholder value creation.
1 key employee was granted in total 70.000 warrants. This grant is allocated on April 2nd, 2019 on a 4-year vesting program.
In the period of November 1st, 2018 to April 1st, 2019 a total of 453.813 allocated warrants have been cancelled following the closedown of our Nottingham office.
