COPENHAGEN, May 1st, 2019: At the Annual General Meeting held on April 30th, 2019, in 5th Planet Games A/S (the “Company”), the annual Report for the period from 1. January – 31. December 2018 was presented and approved. In addition, the Annual General Meeting decided:
1) To adopt the proposed remuneration for 2019 to the Board of Directors.
2) To discharge from liability the Board of Directors and the Executive Management.
3) To use settlement of loss according to the adopted Annual Report.
4) To re-elect Caspar Rose, Kevin Terkelsen and Jesper Theill Eriksen as members of the Company’s Board of Directors.
5) To re-elect Grant Thornton as the company’s auditor.
