COPENHAGEN, June 3rd, 2019: 5th Planet Games A/S (OMX: FIVEPG) announces the granting of warrants to key employees. The warrants are granted under the warrant program covered by the authority pursuant to section 2.2 of 5th Planet Games’ Articles of Association.
There has been granted a total of 10,726,516 warrants for Senior Management – Henrik Nielsen, CEO and Mogens Agger, VP Business Development.
The purpose is to assure that the two key people continue their effort in making 5th Planet Games a profitable company by executing on the company’s strategy to improve business results and long-term shareholder value creation.
