Henrik Kølle has today received allocation of 661,000 new shares at NOK 1.00 in the rights issue in 5th Planet Games A/S.
Aula Invest A/S, which is fully owned by Henrik Kølle, has today received allocation of 7,414,335 new shares at NOK 1.00 in the rights issue in 5th Planet Games A/S.
As such, Henrik Kølle will control the following number of shares and votes in 5th Planet Games upon final delivery of the shares in the rights issue, expected on or about 3 August 2020:
- Privately held shares: 661,000 shares
- Through his fully owned company Aula Invest A/S: 8,684,111 shares, corresponding to 8.2 %
- In total: 9,345,111 shares, corresponding to 8.8 %
