Formue Nord Markedsneutral A/S has today received allocation of 11,470,716 new shares at NOK 1.00 in the rights issue in 5th Planet Games A/S. Following delivery of the shares in the rights issue, expected on or about 3 August 2020, Formue Nord Markedsneutral A/S will control in total 11,470,716 shares in 5th Planet Games A/S, corresponding to approximately 10.8 % of the to-be issued share capital in the company
