COPENHAGEN, March 18, 2024, 5th Planet Games A/S (OAX: 5PG)
The company has decided to postpone announcement of the annual report from March 29th to April 8th, 2024. Following this the company has also decided to postpone the general meeting from April 25th to April 30th, 2024.
The reason for postponing the announcement of the annual report, is that the task of incorporating the TV and film production company Sagafilm in the financials for both 5PG and Skybound for the first time has taken more time than expected.
