announcement dated 31 March 2024 regarding the signing of a share purchase
agreement with Blue Concept Ltd. An Extraordinary General Meeting in HYON AS
will take place on 16 April 2024 at 09:00 am (CEST) at the premises of
Advokatfirmaet Selmer AS at Ruseløkkveien 14 eight Floor in Oslo, Norway, where
the resolutions necessary to complete the transaction will be dealt with.
Shareholders are requested to avail themselves of the possibilities of voting by
proxy, as described in the notice of the meeting, and as far as possible to
refrain from attending in person.
