Oslo, Norway - 17 April 2024 - Reference is made to previous stock exchange
announcements published by Akobo Minerals AB (publ) (the "Company") where the
Company announced a subsequent rights issue of up to 28,346,785 new shares in
the Company (the "Subsequent Rights Issue"), each with a quota value of SEK
0.0371599322777818, at a subscription price of NOK 1 per new share.

Today, the new share capital was registered with the Swedish Companies
Registration Office (Sw: "Bolagsverket").

Following registration, the Company has a share capital of SEK 6,991,072.711103
divided into 188,134,700 shares, each with a quota value of SEK
0.0371599322777818.

The shares are validly issued and fully paid up.
