On 30 April 2024 Clean Seas Seafood Limited (ASX: CSS, OSE: CSS) announced that Director Gilbert Vergeres has resigned as Non Executive Director effective 3 May 2024.
Under ASX Listing Rules the Company must lodge an Appendix 3Z following the resignation. That form is attached.
