Amsterdam/Oslo - 5 July 2023 - MPC Energy Solutions (the Company) informs that
Martin Vogt has resigned as CEO of the Company and will step down from his
position with immediate effect.
Stefan H.A. Meichsner, the Company's Chief Financial Officer, will take over the
responsibilities and the Board of Directors will initiate a succession process
for the CEO position.
