Amsterdam/Oslo -- 21 August 2024 - MPC Energy Solutions ("MPCES" or the
"Company") held an extraordinary general meeting on 20 August 2024. The
minutes from the extraordinary general meeting are attached hereto and are
available on the Company's website.
The shareholders approved the appointment of Fernando Zuñiga to the management
board of the Company. He is joining Stefan H.A. Meichsner as managing director
of MPCES.

In addition, MPCES announced today that Dr. Philipp Lauenstein will join the
Company's supervisory board, effective immediately, replacing Dr. John
Benjamin Schroeder, who has represented the Company's primary shareholder MPC
Capital Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbh & Co. KG ("MPC Capital" on the
Supervisory Board since 2022).

look forward to working with management and the other members of the
supervisory board in continuing to deliver strong improvements and executing
on the Company's long-term strategy", said Dr. Philipp Lauenstein of the
appointment.
Following the recent appointment, the Supervisory Board will consist of Ulf
Holländer (Chairman), Kathryn Baker, Ellen Hanetho, Kjell Roland and Dr.
Philipp Lauenstein.
