Amsterdam/Oslo – 21 January 2025 – MPC Energy Solutions (“MPCES”, “Company”) has signed an agreement to sell one of its solar PV development projects in Colombia. The closing of the transaction is subject to customary closing conditions, which are expected to be finalized in the coming weeks. MPCES and the buyer have decided not to disclose details on the transaction.
The Company expects total cash receipts from the sale, including the release of a cash deposit to secure an interconnection guarantee, to be around USD 0.9 million.
