Pryme appoints new CEO

The Supervisory Board of Directors of Pryme BV ("Pryme", the "Company") appoints Chief Executive Officer of Pryme BV, effective May, 2022.

The Supervisory Board of Directors of Pryme BV ("Pryme", the "Company") appoints Chief Executive Officer of Pryme BV, effective May, 2022.

The new CEO will join Pryme with over 10 years leadership experience in bio-fuels, bio-refineries & agro processing industries across Europe and Asia. He has also worked in the commodity trade and cement industries. Due to confidentiality constraints with his current employer, further details will be announced at a later date.

Johannes van der Endt, founder, CEO and Chairman of the board of Pryme said “I have decided to transition to the supervisory board of Pryme because I believe the Company is ready to move on from its founders at the management level. The new CEO brings the right mix of entrepreneurial spirit, energy, engagement, experience, skills and leadership to Pryme. He is the right leader to take Pryme through the next stage of development and value creation.”

The supervisory board would like to thank Johannes van der Endt for his visionary leadership and unrelenting belief and dedication to Pryme. He is the founder of Pryme having developed the Company from the early concept stages, through the development phase of the Company’s technology and into the construction phase of its first plant in a little less than 10 years.

Johannes van der Endt will continue in the CEO role until the new CEO comes on board in order to ensure an orderly transition.
