Pryme production status update

Pryme (the “Company”) resumed production last Friday, 31 October 2025. Approximately 12 tons of pyrolysis oil have been produced through Sunday afternoon 2 November 2025, when production was temporarily halted to correct two identified start-up issues, in the reactor process and in the extruder’s wiring system. Production will resume once these corrections have been made after which the Company will continue the execution of its testing, debottlenecking and optimization program as previously announced.
