Pryme production status update

Pryme production status update

Rotterdam, 5 November 2025

The corrective action in the reactor process, as communicated on 3 November 2025, failed to restore production. Further analysis has revealed a displacement of the reactor sleeve caused by the breaking of the sleeve’s locking bolt. Thus, the reactor must be cooled down to enable safe operations and to reposition the sleeve to secure the reactor’s integrity. Production will resume once the repair of the reactor has been completed which Pryme expects to take place in the second half of November 2025. Pryme will inform the market when production resumes.
