Pryme halted its testing program following a production run of 27 tons of pyrolysis oil

Rotterdam, 22 December 2025

After having processed approximately 35 tons of plastic waste since 18 December 2025, Pryme (the “Company”) has halted its testing program today as the Company suspected a potential gasket failure in the reactor discharge valve assembly. As the inspection of the gasket requires the reactor to be cooled down and the support of the original equipment manufacturer of the reactor and other external parties to implement repairs and or improvements to be determined, Pryme estimates to resume the reactor testing program no later than the end of January 2026.

Hereby advancing its monthly update on the December 2025 production volume that was originally planned for 5 January 2026, the Company produced approximately 27 tons of pyrolysis oil in December, 2025.
