The Board of Oslo Børs approves P/F Atlantic Petroleum for listing on Oslo Børs

NEWSWIRE) -- P/F Atlantic Petroleum announces that
the Board of Directors of Oslo Børs today resolved to
admit the shares in P/F Atlantic Petroleum for
listing on Oslo Børs. The Board has stipulated that
the Company prior to the first day of listing must
satisfy the requirement for having 200 shareholders
registered in the Norwegian Central Securities
Depository (VPS). If the requirement for the number
of shareholders is not met, the Company will be
accepted for listing on Oslo Axess, provided that the
requirement of having 100 shareholders registered in
the VPS is satisfied. The Board has authorised the
Chief Executive Officer of Oslo Børs to decide
whether the Company should be listed on Oslo Børs or
Oslo Axess.
