Registration of capital increase completed

Tórshavn, Faroe Islands 11th December 2013

P/F Atlantic Petroleum (OMX: FO-ATLA) is, with
reference to Announcement No. 53/2013, pleased to
announce that the capital increase of 1,050,000 new
shares with a nominal value of DKK 100 each was
registered with the Faroese Company Registration
Authority today.

Following registration of the 1,050,000 new shares
with a nominal value of DKK 100 each, the nominal
value of the share capital of P/F Atlantic Petroleum
amounts to DKK 367,670,300.

The new shares will be admitted to trading and
official listing on Oslo Børs on 12th December 2013
under the same ISIN code as the Company's existing
shares.
