Bronschhofen, 6 March 2025 - Cicor Group (SIX Swiss Exchange: CICN) today announces that the discussions with the company Éolane France and relevant governmental authorities regarding a potential acquisition of selected Éolane France businesses, as mentioned in Cicor's media statement of 22 January 2025, have reached an advanced stage. A public offer has been submitted.

Éolane France is one of the leaders in the French market for electronics manufacturing services. With a focus on high-mix/low-volume manufacturing for customers in the aerospace & defence, industrial and other highly demanding sectors, the potential transaction would represent an optimal entry point for Cicor into the French market.

On Monday, 3 March 2025, the Paris Court has opened the judicial reorganisation proceedings for Éolane France, Éolane Angers, Éolane Combrée, and Éolane Valence. The offers of Cicor and other bidders received have been filed with the Court. The full content of the offers will be published shortly on the website of the Paris Court registry.

In its offer, Cicor proposes to take over five manufacturing sites in France and two sites in Morocco. If completed, the transaction would add around CHF 125 million to Cicor group sales with a positive profit contribution.

Cicor will not comment further and will communicate in due course, if and when applicable.
