As TargetEveryone recently completed the development of SpectrumOne, the company
is currently in a commercialization phase where revenue from SpectrumOne
customers is expected to grow quickly. In addition, the announced cost cuts will
have an ordinary delay before they are effectuated. Due to this situation,
TargetEveryone has a short-term deficit in working capital for the next three
months.
TargetEveryone currently assess various options to address the situation, and
will inform the market when a solution is ready.
