Mandatum has today published its Annual Report for 2023 on the company's website
www.mandatum.fi/en/year2023. The Annual Report contains a business and strategy
review, Capital Management report, Report of the Board of Directors, and the
audited Financial Statements. Also, the Sustainability Report, the Corporate
Governance Statement and the Remuneration Report for Governing Bodies have been
published as part of Mandatum's annual reporting for 2023. The reports are
available in both Finnish and English.
The Financial Statements have been published in XHTML format in accordance with
the European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements. The ESEF
Financial Statements have been published in Finnish. The firm of authorised
public accountants Deloitte Ltd has audited Mandatum plc's ESEF Financial
Statements and provided a Reasonable Assurance Report on Mandatum's ESEF
Financial Statements in Finnish in accordance with ISAE 3000.
The Annual Report, ESEF Financial Statements (in Finnish), Corporate Governance
Statement and Remuneration Report for Governing Bodies are attached to this
release.
The Sustainability Report, available on www.mandatum.fi/en/year2023, has been
prepared in accordance with the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Standards and
includes the Statement of Non-Financial Information. Deloitte Ltd has audited
the Sustainability Report with a limited assurance.
Mandatum Group's Solvency and Financial Condition Report for 2023 will be
published during week 20.
