Zabka Group periodic reports release dates in 2026

Zabka Group SA (the "Company") announces the release dates of theperiodic reports in 2026:

1. Annual reports for 2025:

a. Standalone annual report for the 12-month period ended 31 December2025 - 19 March 2026;

b. Consolidated annual report for the 12-month period ended 31December 2025 - 19 March 2026.

2. Consolidated half year report for the 6-month period ended 30 June2026 - 30 July 2026.

The Company informs that, in accordance with the provisions ofLuxembourg law applicable to the Company, it will not publishconsolidated quarterly reports containing interim condensedconsolidated financial statements for the 3-month period ended 31March 2026 and the 9-month period ended 30 September 2026.

With respect to the first and third quarters of 2026, the Company willinstead publish selected historical consolidated financial information(in the form of a current report) and a business update (in the formof a presentation and accompanying press information). These documentswill be publicly available on the Company's investor relations websiteathttps://zabkagroup.com/investors/#reports and will be publishedas follows:

a. Documents containing the data for the 3-month period ended 31 March2026 - 28 April 2026

b. Documents containing the data for the 9-month period ended 30September 2026 - 27 October 2026

The Company further informs that it will not publish consolidatedquarterly reports for the fourth quarter of 2025 and the secondquarter of 2026
