oda_ExplanationTextBlock|		Şirketimiz Esas Sözleşmesi'nin 6 numaralı maddesinde yapılması planlanan değişikliğe ilişkin Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'na yapmış olduğumuz başvuru 16.01.2026 tarihinde; Ticaret Bakanlığı İç Ticaret Genel Müdürlüğü'ne yapmış olduğumuz başvuru ise 29.01.2026 tarihinde olumlu karşılanmıştır. Ekte yer alan Esas Sözleşme tadil tasarısı 2025 Yılı Olağan Genel Kurul toplantısında pay sahiplerimizin onayına sunulacaktır.		Our application to the Capital Markets Board regarding the planned amendment to Article 6 of our Company's Articles of Association was approved on 16.01.2026 and our application to the Directorate General for Domestic Trade of the Ministry of Trade was approved on 29.01.2026 . The attached draft amendment to the Articles of Association will be submitted for the approval of our shareholders at the 2025 Ordinary General Assembly meeting. In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure statement, Turkish version shall prevail.
