oda_ExplanationTextBlock|		6102 sayılı Türk Ticaret Kanunu ve 6362 sayılı Sermaye Piyasası Kanunu uyarınca belirlenen esaslara uygun olarak, Şirketimizin 2026 yılı hesap dönemindeki finansal tablo ve raporlarının denetlenmesi, sürdürülebilirlik mevzuatı çerçevesinde Şirketimizin 2026 yılına ait TSRS uyumlu sürdürülebilirlik raporlarının güvence denetimine tabi tutulması ve ilgili düzenlemeler kapsamında bulunan diğer faaliyetleri yürütmek üzere; DRT Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik Anonim Şirketi'nin 1 (bir) yıl süreyle Denetçi olarak seçilmesine 30 Mart 2026 tarihli Genel Kurul toplantısında karar verilmiştir. Bu husus İstanbul Ticaret Sicil Müdürlüğü tarafından 17.04.2026 tarihinde tescil edilmiş olup , 20.04.2026 tarih ve 11567 sayılı Ticaret sicil gazetesinde yayımlanmıştır.		DRT Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik Anonim Şirketi has been elected as Auditor for a term of one year at the General Assembly dated March 30, 2026, in order to audit the financial statements and reports of our Company for the fiscal year 2026, to subject the TSRS-compliant sustainability reports of the Company for the year 2026 to assurance audits within the framework of sustainability legislation, and carrying out other activities within the scope of relevant regulations; in accordance with the principles determined under the Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102 and the Capital Markets Law No. 6362. This decision was registered by the Istanbul Trade Registry Office on April 17, 2026, and published in the Trade Registry Gazette dated April 20, 2026, issue no. 11567. In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure statement, Turkish version shall prevail.
