Söz konusu dönem net karından yasal yükümlülükler düşüldükten sonra; 197.572.126.-TL'si Net Dağıtılabilir Dönem Karından, 4.387.874 TL'si Geçmiş Yıllar Karından karşılanmak üzere toplam 201.960.000.-TL Brüt kar payının nakden dağıtılması husununun ,
Genel Kurul'un onayına sunulmasına oybirliği ile karar verilmiştir.
