Şirketimiz tarafmdan sigortacılık mevzuatı gereği yürürlükte bulunan muhasebe ilke ve standartlarma göre hazırlanan ve PwC Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş. (PwC) tarafmdan denetlenen 01.01.2019 - 31.12.2019 hesap dönemine ait finansal tablolarımıza göre 366.358.436-TL Dönem Net Karı elde edilmiştir.

Söz konusu dönem net karından yasal yükümlülükler düşüldükten sonra; sermayenin %66'sı oranmda toplam 201.960.000-TL brüt kar payının 13 Mart 2020 tarihinden itibaren pay sahiplerine nakden dağıtılması hususunun, 11 Mart 2020 tarihinde yapılacak 2019 Olağan Genel Kurul toplantısında Genel Kurul'un onayına sunulmasına oy birliği ile karar verilmiştir.
