Şirketimiz tarafından sigortacılık mevzuatı gereği yürürlükte bulunan muhasebe ilke ve standartlarına göre hazırlanan ve PwC Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş. (PwC) tarafından denetlenen 01.01.2020-31.12.2020 hesap dönemine ait finansal tablolarımıza göre 432.342.886-TL "Dönem Net Karı" elde edilmiştir.

Söz konusu dönem net karından yasal yükümlülükler düşüldükten sonra; pay sahiplerine sermayenin %100'ü oranında toplam 306.000.000-TL brüt kar payının dağıtılması ve ödemelerin 201.960.000 TL'lik kısmının 18 Mart 2021 tarihinden itibaren, geri kalan 104.040.000 TL'lik kısmının 06 Eylül 2021 tarihinden itibaren olmak üzere iki taksit halinde nakden dağıtılması hususunun, 16 Mart 2021 tarihinde yapılacak 2020 Olağan Genel Kurul toplantısında Genel Kurul'un onayına sunulmasına oy birliği ile karar verilmiştir.
