Mr. Osman Akkoca, who has been serving as Deputy General Manager responsible for Agencies at our Company, has ceased to serve in his position effective as of May 14, 2026 and Mr. İsmail Volkan Saraç has been appointed as Deputy General Manager responsible for Agencies, effective as of June 1, 2026, subject to the approval of the Insurance and Private Pension Regulation and Supervision Agency.
