Şirketimizin 16.500.000 TL olan çıkarılmış sermayesinin %100 artış ile 33.000.000 TL'ye çıkarılmasına, 16.500.000 TL tutarındaki sermaye artışının ortakların yeni pay alma hakları kısıtlanmadan hisse senetlerinin nominal değeri (1,00 TL) üzerinden bedelli olarak yapılmasına ve gerekli tüm işlemlerin yürütülmesine ilişkin 03.12.2020 tarihli ve 604 nolu Yönetim Kurulu Kararı aynı gün Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformu'nda duyurulmuştur. Bu kapsamda, Şirketimiz'in Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'na 10.12.2020 tarihinde yaptığı bedelli sermaye artırımı başvurusunun, Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun 18.02.2021 tarih ve 2021/9 Sayılı haftalık bülteninde onaylandığı duyurulmuştur.
Kamuoyu ve yatırımcıların bilgilerine sunulur.
