Şirketimiz Yönetim Kurulunun 02.07.2018 tarihli toplantısında,
2017 yılında elde edilen UFRS'ye göre 6.735.021,33 TL, yasal kayıtlara göre 11.558.922,66 TL tutarındaki karın yasal yedekler ayrıldıktan sonra kalan kısmının dağıtılmayarak olağanüstü yedeklere aktarılmasının Genel Kurulda görüşülmesine oybirliği ile karar verilmiştir.
