Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun 02.11.2018 tarih ve 2018/48 nolu bülteninde onaylandığı kamuoyuna duyurulmuştu.
Bedelsiz sermaye artırımı Kayseri Ticaret Sicil Müdürlüğü tarafından 12.11.2018 tarihinde tescil edilmiştir. Bedelsiz pay alma hakkı kullanım başlangıc tarihi 16.11.2018'dir.
