Ş irket merkezinde bugün toplanan Yönetim Kurulu aşağıdaki hususları karar altına almıştır;

Şirketimizin 31 Aralık 2018 tarihi itibarıyla, Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun II - 14.1 sayılı "Sermaye Piyasasında Finansal Raporlamaya İlişkin Esaslar Tebliği"ne göre hazırlanan ve bağımsız denetimden geçen finansal tablolarında 8.056.566,56 TL, yasal kayıtlara göre 2.955.964,27 TL tutarındaki dönem kârından, 6102 sayılı Türk Ticaret Kanunu, Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu düzenlemeleri ve esas sözleşmemiz uyarınca ayrılması gereken yedek akçe ayrıldıktan sonra kalan kısımdan, kâr dağıtımına ilişkin mevzuat gereği yasal kayıtlarda yer alan dönem kârından karşılanabilen tutar esas alınarak, 1.048.443,28 TL 'nin paydaşlarımıza hisseleri nispetinde dağıtılmasına, geriye kalan kısmının ise olağanüstü yedek akçe olarak şirket kayıtlarına alınmasına ve kâr dağıtımına ilişkin ödeme takviminin belirlenmesi konusunda Yönetim Kurulu'na 15.05.2019 tarihinde yapılan 2018 yılı Olağan Genel Kurul toplantısında yetki verilmişti.

Bu yetkiye dayanarak Yönetim Kurulumuz kar dağıtımının tek seferde ve nakit olarak 13.12.2019 tarihinde yapılmasına oy birliği ile karar vermiştir.
