Şirketimiz Yönetim Kurulu'nun 12.06.2020 tarihli toplantısında, Sermaye Piyasasında Finansal Raporlamaya İlişkin Esaslar Tebliği (II-14.1) hükümleri dâhilinde, Türkiye Muhasebe Standartları ve Türkiye Finansal Raporlama Standartları (TMS/TFRS)'na uygun olarak hazırlanan, bağımsız denetimden geçmiş, 01.01.2019-31.12.2019 hesap dönemine ait finansal tablolarına göre 18.341.792 TL zarar olduğu ve Vergi Usul Kanununa uygun olarak hazırlanan aynı döneme ilişkin solo finansal tablolarına göre 216.937,16 TL kâr olduğu dikkate alınarak, 2019 hesap döneminde bağımsız denetimden geçmiş finansal tablolarda zarar oluştuğundan, 2019 yılı için kâr dağıtılmamasının ve yasal kayıtlarımıza göre oluşan kârdan Türk Ticaret Kanununa göre ayrılması zorunlu genel kanuni yedek akçe ayrıldıktan sonra kalan tutarın olağanüstü yedeklere aktarılmasının yapılacak Olağan Genel Kurul toplantısında pay sahiplerinin onayına sunulmasına karar verilmiştir.
